Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

  • CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RESERVATIONS WITH ADVANCE PAYMENT The cancellation policy instructed by EMBRATUR according to Normative Deliberation No. 165/95, proceeds as follows:

  • In case of early departure of the contracted rates, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance.

  • Notice of cancellation more than 20 days before entering the Site (check-in), there is a refund of 100% of the amount paid, or we leave 100% of the amount paid to be used on another date within 12 months.

  • Notice of cancellation with more than 10 days and less than 20 days prior to entering the Site (check-in), there is a refund of 50% of the amount paid, or we leave 50% of the amount paid to be used on another date within the deadline. 12 months.

  • Notice of cancellation less than 10 days before entering the Site (check-in), there is no refund or credit.

  • Notice of cancellation with less than 24 hours or no show** (no show on the day of arrival), there is no refund and no credit. **No show is a withdrawal without cancellation, that is, when the guest does not show up on the Site on the reserved entry date. The Site will be available to the guest until supplying the amount deposited in full number of nights (if there is any leftover, it will be retained by the Site as a form of indemnity), after this period the reservation will be cancelled.

  • As our rates change seasonally and on holidays, the 100% or 50% credit is in value and not necessarily in daily numbers.
